Conceptual Estimates

Using sophisticated software and on-screen take-off, DSE Electric pre-designs each project and provides customers with an approximate cost for budgeting.

Preliminary Design

During this phase, we assign a project manager to coordinate information-gathering meetings with the design and construction teams. After reviewing projects requirements, we will conduct a field investigation to ensure the existing infrastructure can accommodate the project's design intent and specifications within budget.

Design Build & BIM

One of the main advantages of design build is the early start of construction, allowing for faster turnaround and shorter completion times. DSE Electric can provide design build engineering services requiring BIM coordination to ensure the best approach to any project. With BIM coordi- nation, we are able to streamline construction and ensure cost effective- ness. Our in-house engineering team can provide detailed electrical drawings through coordination with design and construction teams.

Prefabrication

To facilitate the installation process, DSE Electric prefabricates electrical construction components prior to arrival onsite. We have found prefabri- cation increases productivity, reduces waste, improves safety and quality, and saves clients money. During the preconstruction phase, our team reviews the project to identify which areas would benefit from prefabrica- tion, and we engineer detailed drawings in-house to map locations and pathways for prefabricated elements. Items are assembled in our ware- house facility, then packaged, labeled and delivered for final installation.

Value-Engineering

We offer value engineering services to provide you optimum value at reduced costs. Value engineering can be implemented at any point during the construction timeline, but we utilize this method in the earliest phase possible to maximize return on invested time and effort. Our team can verify whether the project budget is adequate, review options and offer alternative solutions. By developing a partnership with lighting distributors, representatives and other suppliers, we are able to provide clients with the greatest possible savings.

Special Projects

Any special project you may have can be handled by the special projects team at DSE Electric. Our team can come out to your office and install your projector and screen power outlet.
